It feels hard to believe that we are going into our third year as an organization, but they do say “time flies when you’re having fun,” or when you’re really busy. And we’ve been both this year. Over the past year, we have been adding networking, development, and showcasing opportunities for you and your business, all which add up to some great new benefits of NAYP membership, including:

Spotlight On: Leadership Luncheons
In January, the NAYP launched the Leadership Luncheon series, an extraordinary opportunity for NAYP members to have a personal interaction, over lunch, with an established business or community leader. The first Luncheon was held at Florence Savings Bank and featured John Heaps, President and CEO of the bank, and all 15 available seats filled quickly with NAYP members from a varied cross-section of industries, from banking, financial services, and attorneys, to video production, retail stores, and talk radio.

NAYP Charity Bowling Event – February 21st, 2010
The NAYP’s monthly Party with a Purpose event is taking on a very special flavor and direction in February, which will be a bowling fundraiser for Friends of Hampshire County Homeless Individuals, based in Northampton. Having golfed for charity in the past with exceptional turnout and results, Spare Time bowling alley in Northampton is the location for this great charity event.
The event will be on Sunday, February 21st, from 2-4pm, and will be followed by great networking time at the bowling alley bar from 4-5:30pm. This event is open to all, and you can preregister now for $20, which includes a $10 tax-deductible donation, unlimited bowling for the full two hours, shoe rental, pizza, and soda… Read the full article…

For NAYP Members: Membership Directory Launched
The NAYP has introduced a new feature on the website, the Membership Directory. The membership directory enables members to sign up or renew their memberships online, post their profiles and pictures, and edit their own details.
